Silver Tip, part of our Apple Tree Series, is a hand-crafted semi-dry cider. Made with a blend of tree-ripened, heritage and culinary apples, Silver Tip is a refreshing and complex cider that pairs well with any occasion. As the apple tree awakens from its winter slumber, the fruit bud separates at the tip, exposing silver tissue. It is only a matter of months before the Silver Tip becomes an apple that we press and craft into this refreshing cider.
King Blossom, part of our Apple Tree Series, is a hand-crafted dry cider made in the European tradition. This carefully selected blend of tree-ripened bittersweet, heritage, and culinary apples produces a bold and complex cider. King Blossom is the first white apple blossom that opens to the sun and pollinators. Buzzing with bees, this is the time of year that natures' magic takes over the orchards. It is only a matter of months before King Blossom yields to the fruit that we press and craft into this refreshing cider.
Mr. Green, part of our Apple Tree Series, is a uniquely bright, dry, and well-balanced single varietal cider that is deliciously tart. Made from Rhode Island Greenings, this refreshing cider drinks more like a coastal Italian white wine with wonderful minerality and complexity. The Greening is a well-known American heirloom apple that dates back to the 17th century - making it one of the oldest cultivated varieties in the world.
Cherry Red, part of our Cider Fresca Series, is a hand-crafted semi-dry cider infused with Montmorency cherries grown on the coast of Lake Ontario. Made with a carefully selected blend of Great Lakes heritage and culinary apples, the subtle hint of cherry reminds us of the early days of summer along the lake.
Mrs. Green is the audacious partner of our Mr. Green Cider and part of our Cider Fresca Series. Mrs. Green is a hopped, single varietal cider, made from Rhode Island Greenings and dry-hopped with Citra®. This lively, floral focused and citrus-forward cider drinks more like a crisp and crushable aromatic wine. The Greening is a well-known American heirloom apple that dates back to the 17th century - making it one of the oldest cultivated varieties in the world. Citra® adds a delicate perfume that creates a wonderful balance of apple and floral aromas.
North Rosé, part of our Cider Fresca Series, is a bold, fruit-forward, and poised dry cider infused with Zinfandel & Petite Sirah red grape skins from Sonoma County, CA. A collaboration with our friends at Decant Winery in Houston, TX, this New York cider blend of Crispin, Honeycrisp, Ida Red, and Golden Delicious was steeped in skins to produce its unique bouquet and color. Secondarily fermented in the bottle, this cider is named after the town where our apples grow.
Cider co-fermented with Rousanne grape skins and bottle conditioned until bone-dry with a beautiful mix
of tropical fruit and tart apple.
Cider aged on Petite Sirah grape skins, bottle-conditioned, exploding with bright jammy berries and a soft finish.
ORCHARD BLEND #10
The best of both worlds - this cider is a blend of old world and new world apples grown on the Smith Brother's Farm. We blended Porter's Perfection bittersharps for their crisp acid, Brown Snout bittersweets for their complex tannins, and Golden Delicious apples for their juicy sweetness. This is the very definition of a classic American cider.
Estate fruit produces this crisp and complex cider. Block 19 at Smith Brother's Farms is a recently-planted grove of bittersweet and bittersharp European varietals. Each year at harvest we pick what the block produces and the entire lot is blended to produce what we like to call a true cider maker's cider. We are excited to watch the trees grow and mature; we never know exactly what we are going to get from Block 19 but we know that it is going to be great.
"MR GREEN JR."
This young Rhode Island Greening cider is sweet but not mature. Enjoy this harvest tradition of pulling cider off the
tank in the middle of fermentation.
Our house cider blend infused with Hill Country Lavender and finished with Texas honey.
