Our 3,000 square foot taproom holds 82 seats, features a 50-foot marble top bar, floor-to-ceiling abstracted birchwood tree designed by Ned Dodington and milled by Lone Star Millwork, 24 taps pouring cider, beer, and nitro, 8-screen video wall, and an open format overlooking our production space.


Our production space features 8 tanks, holding 2000 gallons per tank, including a 1000 gallon bright tank, multiple small brewing tanks, a micro canner, Keg Commander, walk-in refrigerator storing over 10,000 gallons of fresh apple juice, and a brew lab.


Our 8,000 square foot garden space features a 2,000 square foot patio with two large shady trees, 160 seats between the garden and patio tables, authentic German beer garden tables, Smith Bros. Farms apple bins, our own kitchen trailer with lunch, dinner and brunch service, Bayeux Cathedral-inspired labyrinth with apple fountain, and a view of the railroad and downtown Houston.
