Curd Culture is a Houston-based cheese education & cheese board business run by Adrianne Mingea. She is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional (yes, it's a real thing) with over a decade of experience in the specialty food & cheese worlds. We're passionate curd nerds with enthusiasm for providing accessible cheese education to our community through public and private classes.
