Toast 2021 with your choice of 16oz Ribeye or Lamb Chops, served with bone-marrow mashed potatoes, asparagus, plus an appetizer and dessert - each course served with a different cider pairing! 🥂🍾

$50/person for Ribeye, $60/person for Lamb Chops

First Course:

Charred Belgian Endive with crispy prosciutto, ricotta cream sauce, shaved parmesan, and lemon zest.

Second Course:

Choice of 16oz Ribeye or Lamb Chops with lemon thyme butter, bone marrow potato puree, and grilled white asparagus.

Third Course:

Mt. Tam cheese, a chocolate truffle, fresh Honeycrisp apple, candied almonds, honey, and dried apricot.
