City Orchard Texas Dry Cider

We’re excited to announce the release of Texas Dry, our latest cider that’s all about keeping things crisp, clean, and refreshingly simple. This isn’t just another cider on our tap wall — it’s our ode to the timeless orchard tradition.

What is Texas Dry?

Texas Dry is a Modern Cider (ACA certified) that sits at 6.5% ABV. Made with a blend of heirloom and bittersweet apples, it’s pressed fresh and left unbothered, letting the apples do all the talking. The result? A cider that’s bone-dry, smooth, and balanced — pressed to quench and perfect for any occasion.

From Our Orchards, To Your Glass

When we set out to create Texas Dry, we wanted to highlight the clean, orchard-fresh flavor that true cider lovers crave. No unnecessary sweetness, no overpowering flavors — just apples from our orchards, fermented to perfection. It’s the kind of drink you can enjoy year-round, whether you’re sitting back on the patio in the Texas heat or gathering with friends in the cooler months.

River Revival Fest Sneak Peek

Before the official taproom release, we packed up Texas Dry and took it to River Revival Fest in San Marcos — and the response was incredible. Festival-goers loved its crisp, refreshing finish, especially while hanging out by the river. For many, it was their first time trying City Orchard cider, and Texas Dry made the perfect first impression. It confirmed what we already knew: this cider is made to go where you go, whether that’s a festival, a tailgate, or a lazy afternoon by the water.

Where Texas Dry Fits In

Texas Dry is designed to be versatile. It’s the cider you can take with you anywhere — tailgates, picnics, backyard hangs, or even just a quiet night in. Pair it with charcuterie, grilled chicken, or a crisp salad, and you’ll see how its dry character elevates every bite.

Texas Dry Is Available Now!

We’re officially releasing Texas Dry in the taproom, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Come grab a glass or ask about where you can find it around Houston.
